DANCEmandala is a movement meditation journey where we move the body to find balance: of stillness and movement, embodied presence and energetic awareness, calm and vitality.
Each session will featured a curated playlist along with verbal guidance to invite you to move naturally and connect with awareness through your body.
Our Daily Breath is a (somewhat) weekly newsletter exploring and sharing the creative process through sharing works-in-progress. Each delivery invites you to take a moment in your day to breathe and notice.
April 4-6, 2025
I started this festival as a way to focus on real community through authentic presence. Our bodies can only ever be in the present moment. Unlike the mind, the body exists in the now and can only act and react authentically. I have found that when you tune into the body — its presence in the now, its realness — you can reach a deep place of calm and awareness. From this place, authentic connection grows and bliss is possible.
I humbly offer this weekend to you as a chance to explore movement, to find what brings you joy and vibrancy.
